Moooi unveils an unexpected collaboration with Robbie Williams, introducing The Introvert Chair — a piece that transforms the idea of introspection into a tangible design object. The global launch is scheduled for October 28, 2025.
After more than two decades in music, Robbie Williams has embarked on a new journey in the world of contemporary art.
It is within this creative transition that the encounter with Moooi takes form — giving life to The Introvert Chair, conceived as a three-dimensional extension of his artistic language.
The collaboration merges Williams’ emotional research with Moooi’s visionary design ethos, renowned for uniting functionality, storytelling, and aesthetic experimentation.
Moooi describes The Introvert Chair as “part furniture, part force field.” Half object, half protective cocoon, it is designed to create a feeling of seclusion and focus — a physical space for regeneration amid the visual and acoustic noise of everyday environments.
Formally, the chair features an embracing structure with fluid, compact lines, upholstered in Introvert Fabric — a soft yet durable textile in a warm ivory tone. The experience is completed by three comfort cushions and a Security Blanket made from recycled cotton, decorated with an exclusive graphic artwork by Robbie Williams.
