A triumph of\u00a0<strong>Made in Italy<\/strong>\u00a0and local craftsmanship. Twenty thousand square meters of land with almond, olive and carob trees and a bliding white villa in the middle, reflecting the Sicilian sun as the nearby sea does.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"story-block story-block-base image-right\">\n  <div class=\"container\">\n    <div class=\"wrap\">\n      <div class=\"image\">\n        <span class=\"img-spacer ratio-4x3\">\n          <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mohd.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/CH-House-2.jpg\" \/>\n        <\/span>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"content\">\n        <div class=\"inner\">\n          <p>&#8220;People call it\u00a0<strong>Scicli shire<\/strong>,&#8221; explains architect Occhipinti Amato, &#8220;an area that has attracted many foreigners in the wake of the spectacular images showed by the\u00a0<strong>Montalbano TV series<\/strong>. A crucial location in which you are surrounded by nature, by the Iblei Mountains that slide towards the Mediterranean sea, and by stunning Baroque masterpieces.&#8221;<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"story-block story-block-base image-left\">\n  <div class=\"container\">\n    <div class=\"wrap\">\n      <div class=\"image\">\n        <span class=\"img-spacer ratio-4x3\">\n          <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mohd.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/CH-House-4.jpg\" \/>\n        <\/span>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"content\">\n        <div class=\"inner\">\n          <p>This is where the\u00a0<strong>Swiss client<\/strong>, an entrepreneur and former dancer, &#8220;a citizen of the world&#8221;, feels welcomed and at peace. A summer getaway she wanted &#8220;beautiful but functional.&#8221; &#8220;We thought of this house as\u00a0<strong>a sculpture<\/strong>\u00a0by Michelangelo, we constructed it by eliminating the superfluous,<strong>\u00a0letting materials speak<\/strong>&#8220;. As the resin roof, the pitch stone floors, the wooden tables and stone blocks in the bathrooms, where the small mirrors with light bulbs are a tribute to theaters and dressing rooms, built on a design by Occhipinti Amato just like the kitchen top in\u00a0<strong>enamelled lava stone<\/strong>.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"story-block story-block-base image-right\">\n  <div class=\"container\">\n    <div class=\"wrap\">\n      <div class=\"image\">\n        <span class=\"img-spacer ratio-4x3\">\n          <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mohd.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/CH-House-9.jpg\" \/>\n        <\/span>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"content\">\n        <div class=\"inner\">\n          <p>Simple and valuable pieces, such as the\u00a0<strong>walnut table Woodstock by Riva 1920<\/strong>, a triumph of precious materials, crafstmanship and Italian design, with an essential and contemporary line.
