A Sicilian entrepreneur who works in fashion, he chose the volcanic hills surrounding Catania to enjoy the city\u2019s cultural and social dynamism while still having total privacy. The view stretches out from the Faraglioni of Acitrezza to Syracuse.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"story-block story-block-base image-right\">\n  <div class=\"container\">\n    <div class=\"wrap\">\n      <div class=\"image\">\n        <span class=\"img-spacer ratio-4x3\">\n          <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mohd.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/villa-a-catania_4.png\" \/>\n        <\/span>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"content\">\n        <div class=\"inner\">\n          <p>Built around a peaceful courtyard filled with centuries-old olive trees, the residence is flooded with light and sunshine. Large windows create a harmonious indoor-outdoor flow that invites the lush vegetation inside.
