Here are the devices for listening to music that combine high technology and sophisticated design
Can technology also be beautiful? Yes, if you are looking for devices oriented not only to performance but also to design. In the case of audio systems, this means relying on companies in that care not only about the quality of the sound emitted but also everything that is upstream of this aspect. And therefore the production process as a whole, from design to production. The design is entrusted to designers with an impeccable taste put at the service of technology because the result must be a real piece of furniture, rich in style but also fully functional. The recipient of audio systems of this type is a demanding listener who knows how to distinguish quality and wants the best both from an aesthetic and a functional point of view. In addition, he knows how to recognize and appreciate the manufacture, a careful choice of materials, the right proportions. To better focus this type of device, here are some examples of audio systems that combine design and technology.
Pantheone: sculpture amplifier

Touch and sight are the two senses involved in the Pantheone amplifier concept. A sculptural object, in the two variants of black and white. Art, form and sound are the themes that inspired this project, with a particular sensitivity not only, of course, towards music, but also towards dance, whose sinuous movement is evoked by the lines of the amplifier itself. Its organic shape is obtained from a single jointless, rigid and robust resin shell. Two speakers are opposite to cancel mechanical vibrations and enhance the sound. It is compatible with major digital music providers, such as Spotify and Amazon Music, and can be connected to Alexa.
La Boite Concept: high fidelity that furnishes

Boite Concept is a French company with an ancient tradition. For over 80 years it has been producing high-fidelity audio systems with a deep character with a tailored approach. Over time it has followed the great changes and revolutions in the ways of listening to music and has been able to adapt with creativity, without giving up that “know-how” that distinguishes it from all other brands. Among the products offered by La Boite Concept, the most versatile are three. The first is Cube: designed by Samuel Accoceberry, it is a wireless speaker that has the appearance of a coffee table and is available in different wood finishes to better integrate into the environment. The second is LX: designed for vinyl enthusiasts is a very high performance wireless speaker with integrated turntable. Finally, there is PR 01 a compact yet powerful amplifier, with an essential and elegant design.

Brionvega: the iconic Radiofonografo

For those looking for a truly iconic solution, a tribute to Italian design, there is the legendary Brionvega Radiofonografo. Designed in 1965 by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni, it is an inimitable collector’s item. It has an almost anthropomorphic appearance, after all Achille Castiglioni argued that objects should keep company, and its characteristic design is accompanied by advanced functionality. In particular, the speakers can assume different positions and can also be detached and placed on the top, to reduce the lateral encumbrance. Radiofonografo is also a product of the highest craftsmanship: the various elements, from the wooden panels to the technical components, are assembled by hand. The result is an audio system that stands out.
Cassina: the visual lightness of the Radio in Cristallo

Cassina reissues a surprising audio system that Franco Albini had created for himself in 1940. He had received a classic radio cabinet as a gift, but finding it clumsy and intrusive he had taken it apart, reducing it to the essence of its technical elements. The company has included this Radio in Cristallo the Cassina I Maestri collection, developing the project in collaboration with the Franco Albini Foundation. Preserving its proportions and the design idea of leaving the system exposed, placing it between two glass plates. What was born as a deconstruction of the classic mobile radio thus takes on the appearance of an object with a contemporary taste and current technology. With FM radio, DAB radio and Bluetooth whose controls are located, together with the display, on the front crystal panel. For a more complete sound experience, an optional subwoofer is also provided.
