With Home Stories for Spring, new palettes and product updates introduce a renewed lightness, redefining the way we live between home and outdoors.
With Home Stories for Spring, Vitra envisions the home as a landscape in transformation, where light, color, and material evolve with subtlety. New palettes and textiles reshape interior atmospheres, suggesting a more fluid way of living, one that embraces the transition between indoors and outdoors with natural continuity.
The bouclé textile Flocca emerges as a defining element within this material narrative. Velvety yet unexpectedly smooth to the touch, it is distinguished by a rich blend of wool and acrylic yarns that create visual depth and a softly padded fullness.
Applied to iconic seating such as Mikado, the Eames Aluminium Chair, Slow Sofa, and Slow Chair, it introduces a tactile dimension that is both inviting and measured. The palette, articulated across seven tones, from refined neutrals to more saturated hues, integrates seamlessly into the structure of each piece, shaping coherent interiors marked by a subtle yet perceptible material continuity.
Alongside this exploration of color and texture, a reflection on versatility emerges. Pieces such as Tip Ton RE, Eames Wire Chair, and Landi move effortlessly between indoor and outdoor settings, reflecting a contemporary approach to living that values adaptability and continuity. Essential lines and durable materials support a range of everyday uses, from work to leisure.
The La Fonda base offers a renewed perspective on the Eames Shell Chair, enhancing its presence through a precise intervention that expands compositional possibilities while preserving its identity.

Outdoors, the Bikini Outdoor cushion completes the steel wire structure of the Eames Wire Chair with a soft, essential gesture. Composed of two separate elements for seat and backrest, it adheres precisely to the shell, maintaining its lightness and transparency.
It is within this balance, between interior and exterior, that Home Stories for Spring finds its most authentic expression, outlining a new idea of comfort: essential, adaptable, and in continuity with the rhythms and spaces of contemporary living.
