A charming apartment featuring art and design pieces located in the prestigious Park Grove high-rise in Miami’s Coconut Grove beach area. A few essential and extremely refined elements give way to the ultimate Italian lifestyle experience and breathtaking ocean views.
A luxury residence rising within the Park Grove towers, located between Miami’s urban grid and the edge of the bay, between the city and the coast. Designed by Oma and Rem Koolhaas, the Park Grove towers set the new architectural standard in the quiet beach area of Coconut Grove.
In this project, furnished by River House Interiors studio, the highlight is the neutral palette with splashes of color in the furniture, art pieces and other small details. A setting that serves as a backdrop for an intense dialogue between shapes and colors.
Neutral shades are the absolute stars of the kitchen area as well: the timeless elegance of white natural stone, gray doors and the sand color of the seats.
The soft and comfortable shapes of the sofa, which envelops the space like an embrace, meet the equally cozy silhouettes of the coffee table and the suspension lamp.
The neutral and minimal tones of the rooms light up with chromatic details, then regain their stylistic softness in the inviting lines of the armchair, which decorates the space and sets its aesthetic rhythm. The elegant design of the bed is defined by the geometric features of the wall, while the delicate ivory tones convey modernity to the project.
