Nominated for the most prestigious Latvian accolade in architecture, Latvian Architecture Awards, this private residence is in Jūrmala, a resort town not far from the capital, Riva.
The elegant architectural project, signed by Dace Ledina e Ilze Zbitkovska, is located in a scenographic residential area of Jūrmala bordered by dunes and is contemporary but at the same time it pays hommage to the local historic wooden buildings with the grids on the facades.
On the ground level there’s the living area, the bedrooms are upstairs. Natural light enhances the warm shades chosen by Mohd for its exclusive interior design signed by Minotti, Poliform, Poltrona Frau and Gallotti&Radice.
