Itaca: outdoor living as a domestic archipelago

18 May 2026

Collezione Itaca Talenti

Designed by Carlo Colombo, the collection interprets open-air living through modular elements, soft profiles, and refined material research.

Itaca takes shape as a domestic landscape outdoors, inspired by the idea of return and the intimate dimension of the journey. Designed by Carlo Colombo for Talenti, the collection creates a fluid, reconfigurable outdoor system, where sofas, seating, tables, and sunbeds come together in free compositions, designed to inhabit terraces, gardens, and contract spaces with the same sense of proportion as a contemporary interior.

Collezione Itaca Talenti

In the Itaca collection, comfort takes on a generous, welcoming, almost suspended form. The modular sofa becomes the core of a system designed to adapt to different settings, from private terraces to large lounge areas, through free and reconfigurable compositions. The Accoya® bases, available in natural teak and rosewood finishes, define solid volumes softened by rounded profiles; the fabrics, offered in shades such as milk white, jungle, and sunflower, introduce a measured chromatic vibration, in dialogue with vegetation and natural light.

The collection’s language continues through seating and complementary pieces. The swivel lounge armchair concentrates Itaca’s dynamic character in a single element: a circular Accoya® base welcomes the backrest and enveloping cushions, designed to follow the movement of the gaze and body within the space. The sunbed, with an Accoya® structure and semi-automatic mechanism, extends this idea of relaxation to both residential and contract contexts.

Alongside the upholstered pieces, the tables introduce a more architectural presence. The 280 cm dining table, designed to accommodate up to ten seats, combines a monolithic Accoya® base with tops in white Carrara marble or Titanio Travertine, transforming the dining area into a place of relation, balance, and material presence.

Through wood, fabrics, marble, and travertine, Itaca expresses a sophisticated yet natural vision of the outdoors, where every element contributes to a harmonious continuity between home, landscape, and leisure.
